Information concerning the processing of personal data

  2. Your personal data will be processed in order to provide the services, managing and answering the submissions and orders;
  3. Categories of personal data include, among others: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, address, data dedicated for the service; 
  4. Your personal data can be provided to:
    • Entities that process personal data on the request of the administrator: entities that process personal data on our behalf, participating in executing our actions, for example: running our IT systems, entities that facilitate in selling our services;
    • Other administrators that process your personal data on their own behalf,
    • Entities that carry out courier or postal services, 
    • Entities that carry out payment services (banks, payment institutions), in order to make reimbursements for your party, or to ensure the service of instant bank transfer, 
    • Entities buying receivables in case of your inability to pay our invoices on time,
    • Entities cooperating with us with matters concerning accounting, taxes, law, in scope in which they become the data administrators;
  5. Your personal data will be stored for the period of lawfully justified interest of the administrator, unless you object to the processing of data;
  6. Your personal data will not be provided to the third country or international organization;
  7. You have the right to access your personal data, and to its correction, deletion, limitation of its processing, the right to data portability, right to state opposition, right to withdraw your agreement at any time, without influencing the compliance with the law of processing, on which it has been acted before the withdrawal;
  8. You have a right to file a complaint to the supervisory body of personal data protection, which is the President of Personal Data Protection Office, if you recognize that processing of your personal data is incompatible with Personal Data Protection Act of 10th May 2018 (Journal of Laws uniform text from 2018, item 1000) or with the Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Law UE. L no. 119, page 1);
  9. Data shared by you will not be subject to automatized decision making and profiling;
